Morse to welcome Biden ahead of Pfizer factory tour

PORTAGE, Michigan, February 18, 2021 – President Joe Biden will travel to Portage on Friday to visit the Pfizer factory, which produced and shipped the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. The visit comes after the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced plans to purchase an additional 100 million doses of COVID-19 from the Michigan-based company as part of its efforts to l nationwide to accelerate vaccine distribution. Before the tour, the representative of the State. Christine morse (D-Texas Township) will welcome the President at Kalamazoo Battle Creek International Airport.
